The sizes and prices of the plots

*1 – Prices are in Euros and excluding 19.6% taxes (TVA) and notary fees for the complete plot, including all infrastructure and the share of the collective property of Troglo Village.
The price has been settled by a number of factors, such as the surface, but also by the many aspects that determine the level of exposition and privacy.
*2 - I believe the stated possibilities are the most obvious, also because of the structure the excavated platform now has.
*3 - These plots are so flat that planning a Troglo would not be an obvious option here. Houses with a traditional roof have been designed earlier, and these houses would therefore have all their rooms at the ground floor. Finished plans and realized foundations and a basic floor are available for these 2 plots. The house planned for plot 2 is about 230 m² incl. garage plus 35 m² covered terrace. It has a 270 ° panoramic view over east, west and south. The house on plot 3 is less big with its current plans; 145 m² plus 25 m² covered terrace. This plot is larger than plot 2 and has a view of almost 360 °.
Before the plans were changed to building plots, a lot of plans had been made for several plots. There are finished houses on paper for plot 5, 10 and 11 and all appended proposals are made for beautiful Troglos designed on a specific plot; type 01 and 02 are planned for plot 9, which can be found back in the green structure of the overall picture. Type 03, the house with two floors, is designed for plot 4.

The annual costs of the “copropriété” per owner
The costs of the common property are small.
A few hundred Euro a year is needed for the taxe foncière of the common ground, and about € 200.00 for the insurance of this common property. About €100.00 a year is needed for the fixed charges of drinking water. Having the slopes and ‘trottoirs’ cut along the main roads costs about €600.00 and emptying the grease trap costs about €100.00.
This comes down to a little more than €100.00 per year per property, and the group of owners decides if a reserve will be created later.
